As one of the key Marines facilitating Amphibious Combat Vehicles to units, Col Hough talks about working with contractors, both at home and in Europe, and applies his decades of Corps experience to dig into the future of talent management and recruiting. Talking about recruiting, we look at the impact the original Top Gun had for the Navy and touch on some other movies that have been used to recruit for the military over the years.
