 The Long War: The Marine Corps recently published its strategy for fighting the Long War. It is titled Send in the Marines: A Marine Corps Operational Concept to Meet an Uncertain Security Environment. The pamphlet lays out the framework of how the Corps will build capacity in partner nations and deploy to counter threats in the arc of instability.
